Chem Link 1-Part Pourable Sealer
Chem Link 1-Part Pourable Sealer is a moisture curing, pourable sealant designed for use in pitch pans and can be used in ChemCurb and E-Curb penetration seals. 1-Part Pourable Sealer is suitable for application in damp, dry, or cold climates. It is solvent free, contains no isocyanates and will not shrink upon curing. 1-Part will also not “out-gas” or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants often do. Due to it’s resilient “elastomeric” properties and excellent adhesion to most construction materials, 1-Part can be used effectively in many difficult construction site conditions. In addition to all of these features, it also cures in wet or dry climate conditions and at temperatures as low as (32°F / 0°C)!
Cure time is dependent on atmospheric conditions, though it is a moisture cure sealant. Product cures at a rate of 1/4″ a week at 70°F (22°C) at a 50% relative humidity. Lower temperature and humidity will slow down the cure, high temperature and humidity will speed up the cure.
