Returns of products purchased online must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  A return or exchange authorization must be approved before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund, or exchanged for replacement. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.

Returned products must include proof of purchase, the original packaging, and show no signs of use or damage.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may also visit any of our nine convenient locations to return a product purchased online.

If a guaranteed UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3-Day Select services are paid for and UPS fails to deliver on time, you will be credited for the price difference in the guaranteed service and ground charges. Any delays due to natural disasters or weather are not eligible for a refund.

LTL Shipments are based on estimated delivery times and CRS Inc is not responsible for any delays. If a customer chooses to return a shipment due to a delay, they will be credited for the item price minus any return fees once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship.  Once your order has processed you will receive another email stating that “Your order is complete”.  Once you receive this email we will ship your items that day unless otherwise notified by one of our associates.
