Orders will only be keyed during our normal working hours Monday through Friday. Any orders submitted after 11am with UPS Ground or LTL shipping will be shipped out the following business day. UPS orders with guaranteed shipping will go out the same business day, if entered before 2pm EST. For a map of transit times for UPS Ground services, please click ‘here’.

LTL shipping rates are based on delivery to an established business address with a loading dock or forklift on site. If you choose a residence, active jobsite, gated facility, government facility, or require a liftgate, additional fees may occur.  

If additional fees are required, you will be contacted for the additional amount due to complete your order. If you would like to confirm additional LTL fees prior to submitting, please call 1 (800) 267-2308 and ask for an E-Commerce Representative.
