The OMG RhinoBond® PVC and TPO Welder with OptiWeld™ technology provides automatic calibration on membrane up to 80 mils.  This technology eliminates the calibration process by automatically monitoring the temperature of the RhinoBond Plate during the welding cycle.  This assures the best bond possible and save time and labor during the daily set-up process. The RhinoBond system uses specially coated plates available through roofing system manufactures that can be installed with several OMG fasteners.  The system is compatible with polyisocyanurate and hard cover boards, and can also be used on XPS and EPS with cardboard discs that protect the insulation from meting during the induction process.  This OMG RhinoBond PVC and TPO Welder with (6) Magnets and can operate on 110v and 220v power sources.
